How Much Does it Cost?
We work with dementia care providers and facilities to provide certification at no cost to qualified caregivers.
Are There Prerequisites To Enrollment?
Currently, we provide enrollment information to participating facilities in the State of Arkansas. Please contact your employer to see if they are enrolled in our program.
Why Do I Need a Certificate?
Dementia-Friendly Partners is backed by the State of Arkansas DHS. Facilities and employees who qualify for our certificate are recognized by Arkansas for excellence in senior medical service.
